DevNova built bollu.sk — an online store for selling and customizing vodítka and obojky for pets. The goal was simple: automate customer communication and the order flow so the store can sell non-stop, without the owner manually replying to every request.
We connected a CRM database with automatic notifications for every new order, added newsletter capability and automated key store operations, implemented a payment gateway (including bank transfer option), and delivered everything within EU-compliant requirements.
